After some of the team went on a fishy little shore dive mission, we all met back up to make lunch and invited some friends to share in the bounty. It was a simple and tasty, single-pan meal that only took a few minutes to make.
Chorizo Stuffed Squid
Our friend and legendary spearo, Daniel Mann, recently speared this 2lb squid and wanted to try something a little bit different than a typical fried calamari. He stuffed it with chorizo, squid pieces and onion and then sent us the recipe.
